Your acceptance of the products shall be understood to represent the acceptance of these terms.

SHOPPING ONLINE
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by SUBICOM INC. Once you have placed an order we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
To make a purchase at SUBICOM INC. you must provide a valid and operational email address and telephone number where you can be contacted so we can keep you informed about the status of your order. For international order, you may be charged customs duties or taxes on your package once it reached your country. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT
The price of the item displayed once you reach the checkout is the price you will be charged. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically, as part of the shopping cart, before you submit your credit card details. We debit the total cost of your purchases from your account immediately you place your order.
You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit card and using Paypal. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. Until an account has been established with SUBICOM INC. we will only ship to verifiable billing address. SUBICOM INC. will cancel orders that are paid with unverified credit cards.

SHIPPING
We deliver the products internationally. We deliver the products within 15 to 21 working days. However, if we are unable to deliver your goods to you within 21 days we will contact you and organize another date for delivery or offer you a refund.
We are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. As part of the shipping process an email is sent to you when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse. This email will give you a guide to when your goods will be delivered.


It is the customer's responsibility that someone is available at delivery address you provide when your order is delivered. If your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't arrange to collect your order from their offices you will be required to pay an second postage fee before we re-supply your goods when you supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address initially. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time you will receive a refund after we deduct all expenses we've been made after the first time delivery of an item.

LIABILITY
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
These terms set out the full extent of SUBICOM INC.'s obligations and liabilities in respect of the sale of the products. In particular there are no conditions, warranties or other terms, expressed or implied, as to satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or of any other kind whatsoever, that are binding on SUBICOM INC. except as specifically stated in these terms. Any condition, warranty or other term concerning the sale of the products, which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated within these terms, whether by statute, common law or otherwise, is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer the exclusion of terms implied by law will not apply to you.

GENERAL
SUBICOM INC. is not responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse. We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
The failure of SUBICOM INC. or you to enforce any of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that term and shall in no way affect the right later to enforce the term. The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause of these terms shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
